Things that you need to know about apple cider vinegar for your health.

Apple cider vinegar (Bragg), should be taken temporary and not permanently.  If you take too many doses of apple cider vinegar with water and honey you will start feeling very hungry.  It should be taken only when your stomach is bloated at bedtime.  A regular check up to the doctor is definitely needed if you are in bad health.  Apple cider vinegar is just one of the faster food cheats to shape up your health if it is needed.  One spoon of it with a glass of water at bed can stop the bloating in your stomach.  Eat saturated fatty foods and proteins with water everyday and sleep regularly for good meals.  Use the bathroom when needed if you are trying to get your belly down and take a dose at night before bedtime.  Drink a lot of filtered water and eat berries as fruits.  Fruits are good for desserts and not too many bananas.  Read labels on food for, (msg) Monosodium glutamate, to avoid processed foods.  Check to see if you are at correct Body Mass Index (BMI) at your local doctor for your height to match your weight.  I hope this helps you in some way.
